3. The Contract

• When you place an Order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Goods in your basket.
• You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your Order. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your Order.
• A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed only when we dispatch the Goods to you.We will send you a dispatch confirmation email at this point.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in the description or price of the Goods, or an error in your Order.

4. Products, Pricing & Stock

• We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. You can find detailed product information, specifications, and reviews on the product page.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; please note that the actual products may vary slightly, especially if they are handmade.
• All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Prices for our Goods are subject to change without notice.
• Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage.

Out of Stock Products: If you’ve found an item that you like, we can send you an email notification as soon as it’s back in stock. Simply visit the product page and enter your email address in the ‘Notify me’ section. If the item is a particular size, colour or design, you’ll need to select this first.

5. Payment

• Payment is taken at the time of placing your Order.
• You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order:

• All transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

Credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

6. Delivery

• We will deliver the Goods to the delivery address specified in your Order.

• Risk of loss and damage to the Goods passes to you on the date when the Goods are delivered.

7. Your Right to Cancel & Returns Policy

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the Goods.
• To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email to support@abodehomeandgifts.co.uk.
• Goods must be returned to us at Abode Home & Gifts 372 Carden Avenue, Brighton BN1 8LJ within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.
• Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
• As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Faulty Goods: If you receive Goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by email at support@abodehomeandgifts.co.uk or Contact Form on the website.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

• All content included on this Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Abode Home & Gifts or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us.
• Our maximum liability to you in connection with any Order will be limited to the total price of the Goods in that Order.
• This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• Any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
